SPAC now invites applications for the position of Sr. Sales Engineer - Sales & Marketing. The incumbent will carry total responsibility of strategizing, implementing and leading the Delhi NCR sales efforts and various tasks incidental there to.
the incumbent should be a mature and dynamic management professional from the sales & marketing stream, who has handled profit centre responsibilities in automation especially in pneumatic control systems (cylinder, control valves, FRL's tubing & fitting).
desirable personal traits include strong interpersonal communication skills, “can do” attitude, ability to think out of the box, strong analogies and commercial aptitude and a contemporary mind.
Desired Profile:Responsible for leading a Delhi NCR area, setting-up and executing a sales & marketing activity plan. Analyzing customer needs, advising customers and answering their questions, in order to achieve the commercial objectives and optimize the relationship.
Sales team management: coordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of the sales and marketing plan. As Sr. Sales Engineer of a sales team be responsible for carrying out the plan, in order to achieve the agreed objectives in the short term and to ensure that the business strategy is achieved in the medium term.
Contacting and informing existing customers and new prospects, in order to keep the market up to date about the pneumatic product.
- Qualification: B.Tech, B.E. Mechanical with MBA in Sales & Marketing
